Unpopular Opinion
VACCINES DIDN’T END INFECTIOUS CHILDHOOD DISEASES

-
Vaccines are 100% “safe & effective” – that is propaganda and totally undefined as to what that constitutes.
-
Measles vaccines caused 83 childhood deaths in Samoa in 2018
-
Measles declined to 2-3 deaths per 86,300 by 1967 in Sweden – long prior to the measles vaccine.
-
-
Almost all childhood deaths from disease are due to the Industrial Revolution conditions (poor sanitation, tightly packed communities, unclean water etc.) Childhood deaths were nearly 60% of children before age 5.
-
“What about Polio and Small Pox” is the common rebuttal to “prove” they work
-
Jenner, the Small Pox vaccine inventor, was accused of fraud and never had the studies to prove it worked. In fact, outbreaks usually followed a vaccination deployment in many areas.
-
Small Pox was eradicated by quarantining sick people and improving sanitation.
-
Polio was less than half its peak cases before the vaccine was ever introduced! Again – sanitation was the key driver of this.
-
The most famous misdiagnosed case of polio was president FDR. He likely had Guillain-Barre’ Syndrome caused by vaccination!
-
Since 1979 the only cases of polio reported in the USA have come from the vaccine.
-
“Polio” cases exploded after DDT spraying campaigns, the neurological changes look the same in DDT and Polio.

YOUR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE IS LIKELY NORMAL
-
It’s not a blood pressure problem…It’s a circulation problem, or a lifestyle problem, or some other root cause.
-
It’s not a disease; it’s a signal of something else.
-
25% of diagnoses are just wrong; bad measuring, wrong cuffs, stress and ‘white coat’ are real.
-
90-95% are labeled ‘essential’ hypertension - that’s a fancy way of saying we have no idea what’s causing it.
-
A study of 17,000 people in the UK found blood pressure meds barely reduced heart attacks and didn’t lower overall death rates at all.
-
A 2009 Cochrane review show zero benefit for lowering blood pressure under 140.
-
They keep moving the goal posts –
Normal blood pressure
1960 - 160/90
1970 - 150/90
2000 – 140/90
2015 – 130/80
2020 – 120/80
2024 – less than 120/80
-
What should you try before the drugs? Walk, sunlight, sleep, hydrate properly, use real clean white sea salt (non-iodized), manage anxiety, actively try earthing/grounding, consume proper minerals.
-
A century ago, doctors concluded that blood clumping was the root cause of many illnesses. This became known as ‘blood sludging.” Look it up!
-
Pulsed electromagnetic field treatment(PEMF) is also an option for reducing sludging.

GLP1s/Semaglutides are a
Slow Motion Disaster
Name brands are: Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus all manufactured by the same company
-
All GLP1s/semaglutides have the same actions on a body
-
They cause severe muscle loss, especially the heart1
-
They slow down stomach emptying so hard, food just sits in there, causing nausea and loss of interest in eating.
-
Thousands of men have reported sudden, unexplained vision loss.
-
Up to 4% of patients quit them due to violent and persistent vomiting.
-
“Mild GI Distress” is advertised. What’s not is that prolonged diarrhea is common. Along with diarrhea goes an inability to absorb what you eat, nutrients and all.
-
These drugs are linked to Acute Pancreatitis, which can be fatal2
-
And the worst two are Gastroparesis and Bowel Obstruction. These two symptoms can occur when your digestive tract simply shuts down – no stomach emptying nor bowel movement. These are actually on the label as possible side effects.
-
These drugs do not heal you, it’s simply a toxic band aid solution.

TYLENOL CAUSES FATTY LIVER DISEASE
Accounting for 50% of all diagnosed cases
FACTS:
-
Acetaminophen or Paracetamol is the leading cause of liver failure1
-
One Tylenol capsule delivers the equivalent of 6 pints of beer in damage to your liver. It is 20-30 times the damage when taken together. Don’t drink and take Tylenol!2
-
Tylenol dissolves liver tissues.
-
Don’t combine corn syrup or artificially sweetened drinks with it. The combination accelerates liver damage causing fatty liver disease.
-
It only takes 4000 mg in a 24-hour period to damage the liver. That’s only 2 extra strength Tylenol taken 4 times per day. Add in cold or cough medicine and you easily exceed the limit.3
-
Damaging effects of Acetaminophen include:
-
Depletes glutathione: a vital antioxidant protecting your liver.
-
Over use leads to liver toxicity, impairing detox abilities.
-
It triggers inflammation by increasing harmful byproducts, causing chronic systemic inflammation in your body.
-
It harms the gut microbiome, causing leaky gut and lowering digestive enzymes needed for health.
-
It interferes with hormone regulators.

EAT MORE SALT
Salt does not increase blood pressure
FACTS:
-
The best amount of salt to keep blood pressure normal is 6-9000 mg/day
-
Sodium is not harmful when combined with chloride, potassium or magnesium 2
-
The chloride ions in salt are essential for digestion, necessary for making hydrochloric acid in the stomach3
-
Salt improves sleep by increasing serotonin production
-
The best salt is sea salt, unbleached and free of micro plastics. The best tested salt is Jacobsen, Kirkland Signature Sea Salt and Vancouver Island Sea Salt
-
Bleached table salt is NOT good; many sea salts have more chloride than sodium
-
The older you get your blood pressure should increase4
-
“In patients with heart failure, a dietary intervention to reduce sodium intake did not reduce clinical events” 1
-
4 cups of coffee per day depletes about 1 tsp of salt through urination. The current recommended salt intake it is only 1 tsp of salt per day or less; which means if you drink coffee you are not getting the salt you need

Cholesterol does NOT cause heart problems
And
Statin drugs do nothing but harm.
Facts:
-
‘Normal’ cholesterol numbers are made up figures with no scientific basis
-
‘Normal’ total cholesterol should be 200-300 and even that is a guess
-
Lowest deaths are people with cholesterol levels of 210-2501
-
At 120, your risk of death is 2.5X than at 210
-
At 300, your risk of death is 1.3X than at 210
-
It is better to be above 210 than below
-
At 120 your risk of stroke triples that of normal levels
-
The higher your cholesterol is as you age, the longer you live!2
-
Low LDL is associated with greater risk of cancer6
-
Higher cholesterol protects against infections and atherosclerosis (plaquing)3
-
Eat more red meat for better health
-
Doctors have been misled completely on statin efficacy and use4

Statins are leading to cognitive/dementia problems in older adults5
