Daily multivitamin use is linked to a 4% higher risk of death

This study followed 390,124 US adults over 27 years; it’s a great long-term study.

Why?

Poor quality of ingredients in most multivitamins

Inadequate balance of ingredients over the whole spectrum

Most multivitamins are low in magnesium and zinc, arguably the two most important minerals, which 40-50% of people are deficient in

They contain excessive unwanted minerals like, Vitamins A&D, Vitamin E, copper and iron, which cause oxidative damage and accelerate aging
-

Most multivitamins are complete junk, especially the “one-a-day” ones.

Some people taking a multivitamin had a false sense of security in their health, leading to a poorer diet thinking their multivitamins filled in the gaps.

It’s much more important to eat healthy food than to take multivitamins

This opinion only applies to multivitamins, not specific supplementation for known and tested deficiencies by specific, targeted supplements. (ex, everyone needs potassium and zinc – 70% are deficient)

Mammogram Screenings Are Harmful and Useless

“There is zero net benefit…The best way to lower breast cancer is to avoid mammograms” – Nordic Cochrane Centre Study.

For every 2000 women:

1 woman’s life is potentially saved
-
50 women will be treated unnecessarily with radiation, chemo or surgery
-
600-1000 will go thru more unnecessary radiation screenings and biopsies for “further diagnosis”

They compress breast tissue causing bruising, hematoma and rupture of cystic masses. This extreme compression spreads cancer cells if they do exist.
-
There is a 70% false positive rate, leading to needless interventions/biopsies. After biopsy, 70-80% of “detected” tumors reveal no cancer!

Many countries have already abandoned mammograms. The best options are QT ultrasound and thermography. No radiation and 97% detection of abnormalities 8-10 years before other standard tests.

Mammograms are a billion dollar a year business. They’re only useful for profit and always do harm to the patient.

Measles declined to 2-3 deaths per 86,300 by 1967 in Sweden – long prior to the measles vaccine.

Almost all childhood deaths from disease are due to the Industrial Revolution conditions (poor sanitation, tightly packed communities, unclean water etc.) Childhood deaths were nearly 60% of children before age 5.

“What about Polio and Small Pox” is the common rebuttal to “prove” they work

Jenner, the Small Pox vaccine inventor, was accused of fraud and never had the studies to prove it worked. In fact, outbreaks usually followed a vaccination deployment in many areas.

Small Pox was eradicated by quarantining sick people and improving sanitation.

Polio was less than half its peak cases before the vaccine was ever introduced! Again – sanitation was the key driver of this.

The most famous misdiagnosed case of polio was president FDR. He likely had Guillain-Barre’ Syndrome caused by vaccination!

Since 1979 the only cases of polio reported in the USA have come from the vaccine.

“Polio” cases exploded after DDT spraying campaigns, the neurological changes look the same in DDT and Polio.

What should you try before the drugs? Walk, sunlight, sleep, hydrate properly, use real clean white sea salt (non-iodized), manage anxiety, actively try earthing/grounding, consume proper minerals.

A century ago, doctors concluded that blood clumping was the root cause of many illnesses. This became known as ‘blood sludging.” Look it up!

Pulsed electromagnetic field treatment(PEMF) is also an option for reducing sludging.

They cause severe muscle loss, especially the heart1

They slow down stomach emptying so hard, food just sits in there, causing nausea and loss of interest in eating.

And the worst two are Gastroparesis and Bowel Obstruction. These two symptoms can occur when your digestive tract simply shuts down – no stomach emptying nor bowel movement. These are actually on the label as possible side effects.

The best amount of salt to keep blood pressure normal is 6-9000 mg/day

Sodium is not harmful when combined with chloride, potassium or magnesium 2
