Mission
Our mission is to serve as many people and their families as we can through chiropractic care, and to educate them as to why they need a chiropractor on their health care team, in order to maintain their spine and to ensure maximum function of the nervous system to produce optimum health potential.

The purpose behind our mission:

Many health problems are a result of prior injuries or chronic wear and tear. The resulting dysfunctional joints and altered soft tissue structure coupled with a lack of timely correction and lack of spinal maintenance results in pain conditions. Many people are unaware of these abnormal functions and end up treating the symptoms with unnecessary drugs and surgery. Spinal adjustments are for family wellness, not just relieving symptoms of back or neck pain. We are a team of caring people, dedicated to serving our entire community through chiropractic care and education. We seek to see sick people rise up to greater health and to see the healthy stay that way. There is enormous potential within all people to heal, and we are inspired to educate, guide, and support them through the healing process.
Our Team
Meet Dr. Erdman
Dr. Erdman is a dedicated chiropractor with over 30 years of experience, treating all ages from newborn infants to aging adults. He graduated from Palmer Chiropractic University in Davenport Iowa, with honors.
He is a member of the PA Chiropractic Association. Dr. Erdman employs a Spinal-Biomechanics technique alongside a holistic approach to promote optimal health in his patients.
Dr. Erdman and his wife Sandy reside in Selinsgrove and have two adult daughters. When not in the office Dr. Erdman enjoys gardening, traveling and always has a hunting story or two to share.
Meet Sandy Erdman
Sandy and Dr. Erdman have been happily married for over 30 years. While being a stay-at-home mom to their two daughters, Sandy helped at the office part time, when needed. In 2014, she joined her husband full time as the front desk/office manager.

In her free time she enjoys crafting, watching sports and spending time with her family. When you call or come to our office Sandy will be there to greet you with a friendly hello and smile!
